cardio exercise only?

How can I use WOW without using the resistance training for the first 2 weeks?
Should I up my time spent on cardio.

It depends how fit you are?
If you are just starting out, then rather just stick to the prescribed time frame, without doing resistance work. After the first 2 weeks, just incorporate the resistance training as well.
If you are pretty fit, then perhaps just increase the cardio sessions by about 5 - 10 minutes, keeping in mind that the better programme, is the one that contains both cardio and resistance training workouts.
