Carbohydrates

I want to know how do you work out according to your weight, how many carbohyrates you are allowed to eat per day.

Dear Estee
You don't use your weight, but your energy intake to work out how many carbs you need per day. If you are slimming then you would require 6300 kJ of energy a day if you are an adult woman. At least 60% of this energy should come from carbs, which works out to about 240g.
