Can't Sleep

Every night I end up going to sleep at about 3-6 a.m. At first, I thought it was my husband’s snoring.but he’s stopped and I still can’t sleep. I’ve tried almost everything. Could it be Anemia or anything serious like that?

Dear Jen
It may be a good thing to let your doctor do a thorough general medical check up on you, but you probably have a sleep disorder at this stage and may need medication to get you into a normal sleep cycle again.
