Can I swim straight after a work-out?

I do a 20- min Taebo- workout in the afternoon and jump straight into the pool afterwards. I have been told that that is not a good thing.......? Should I 'cool down' first before I cool down?

Hi Madeleine

There's no reason why you can't do this. I'm not sure what you've heard, but there's no physiological reason why not. A lot of people do a 'double' session with swimming following on after a session of running, cycling or any other cardio activity. So don't worry about it, just go for it.

Good luck
