Dear Kiddies
It is important during pregnancy not to eat raw meats that could be infected with various worms such as tape worm. If you purchase good quality biltong and dried sausage from a reputable butcher the meat should be safe and inspected. Just keep in mind that biltong and esp dried sausage have high fat and energy contents which can pile on the kgs. The chilli bites should not present a problem.
Enjoy your pregnancy
