Dear Taffy
According to the USA Recommendations women between the ages of 11 and 50 require 2 200 kcal or 9 200 kJ of energy a day. If you need to lose weight, reduce your intake by between 500 and 700 kcal a day and if you are very active increase your intake by about 500 kcal a day. It is really very simple.
