Dear Sammy
1 cal = 4,2 kJ, thus 100 cal = 420 kJ and vice versa. Both are measures of energy with calories being the non-metric measure and kJ being the metric measure or unit. If you are an adult woman you require 1500 cal or 6300 kJ per day to stay healthy and lose some weight.
