It could be that biomechanically you are slightly out of kilter. Does it happen when you road run?
I'm not sure where you mean that it clicks on the calf, to be honest. Is it @ the knee? The ankle ? The front? Or in the calf itself. If it was in the calf it could be calcifications, possibly.
