Calculator you FOOL

I know that 7 x 2 = 14 you fool.

If you had of read correctly you would realise that I was pointing out that DietDoc's article says the diet requires you to eat 2 eggs everyday, so if that were the case, (which it's not) that would mean a total of 14 eggs per week.

In actual fact the diet only requires you to eat a total of 7 eggs per week.

You moron. How STUPID are you?

Oh no, there is no way in hell I will go on that diet. I've done a similar one, and it is not healthy at all, but no need for me to diet, I've reached my goal weight about 8 months ago and just keep on maitaining.

Just a tip for the grown up world, always face what you started, even if it means to apologise,

and please dont feel sorry for me, I've got more than you - which is personality. (you can get thinner but you wont ever have class)

LUNCH 2 hardboiled eggs. 1 tomato and cooked broccoli
DINNER 200gm beefsteak, salad with lemon and olive oil

DAY 2 + 9 -
BREAKFAST 1 cup black coffee and 2 sugars
LUNC I slice ham and 75m1 of natural yoghurt
DINNER 200gm beefsteak, salad with lemon and olive oil

DAY3 ÷ 10 -
BREAKFAST 1 cup black coffee and 2 sugars & 1 slice thy toast
LUNCH 2 hardboiled eggs. 1 slice ham and salad with lemon and olive oil
DINNER Cooked celery or broccoli, 1 tomato and 1 fruit (of your choice)

DAY 4 + 11 -
BREAKFAST 1 cup black coffee with 2 sugars & 1 slice thy toast
LUNCH 75rn1 orange juice and 75ml natural yoghurt
DINNER 1 hardboiled egg. 1 sliced carrot and 25gm cottage cheese (2E)

DAY 5+ 12 -
BREAKFAST 1 cup black coffee and 2 sugars& 1 slice dry toast
LUNCH 200 cooked fish (any type) with lemon and little buffer
DINNER 200gm beefsteak & salad with celery (no lemon & oil)

DAY 6+ 13 –
BREAKFAST 1 cup black coffee and 2 sugars & 1 slice ±y toast
L(.JNCH 2 hardboiled eggs & I sliced carrot
DINNER 200gm chicken & salad with lemon and olive oil

DAY7 –
BREAKFAST 1 cup coffee or tea -with NO sugar
LUNCH NOTHING
DINNER Grilled lamb cutlets (200gm meat) and 1 apple

OMG - I hope you are not allowed to do every day activities such as driving LMAO!!!!!!

day 1 + 8 on the diet sheet means DAY 1 and DAY 8

If you follow on the rest of the page, you will find DAY 2 and DAY 9; DAY 3 and DAY 10, etc. etc. etc

You get it now?

I think the diet is affecting their brains cause you are right calculator it is indeed 2 eggs per day for lunch for 7 days so that is 14 days.

Oh you guys must really feel humiliated.

Please correct me if I am wrong, you have to eat 2 eggs for lunch, from day 1 - day 8. I am so sorry if I dont have a low IQ like you guys, but that means day 1 - 8 = 7 days, and 2 eggs per day

7 x 2 = 14

Yes, I agree!!!

I think that in addition (excuse the pun!) to having zero comprehension abilities, they also appear to have a spelling problem .... *no* = know!!!!
Geez, some people ... anyway!

I am on day 7 of the diet and I have lost about 4-5 kg's already!!
And i honestly feel great. All very exciting ;-)
