Calcium supplements

I am a 66 year old healthy (golf playing ) male. Should I be taking a calcium supplement? Does it not advance ageing?

Dear George
No, calcium certainly does not advance ageing and may in fact help to keep you young (according to many beauty houses!).
You need only take a calcium supplement if your total daily intake is less than a 1000mg per day- more or less 3 glasses of milk, 3 portions of cheese etc.
