Calcium and Milk Products

How come in the China Study I and II showed that regular milk and dairy products causes the loss of calcium in bones plus can build-up harmful effects on the body.

Are these findings true and is drinking raw milk better than processed milk?

Dear Howard
Milkk and dairy products are still regarded as the best, cheapest way to ingest your RDA of calcium (1000mg per day). Remember that low fat and skim millk products actually contain a little more calcium and is also the healthier option. There isn't really a difference in raw or processed milks.
Dr Campbell is well known for his books on healthy living, but the fact that milk actually leeches calcium from the bones is not true.
