Calarorie intake to loose weight

I am currently on a diet prescribed by a dietician, but she never told me how much calories the plan is per day. Could you please advise?

My diet consists of the following:

Morning: 35g All-bran with fat-free milk
Lunch: 3tbs of fat-free cottage cheese, 2 rice cakes, salad
Snack: 1 fruit
Dinner: 90g proteien with salad or veggies

Is this sufficient enough to loose weight

I do think that this diet that the dietitian prescribed for you is low enough in energy to produce weightloss. Combine the diet with regular aerobic exercise for 30 min a day (go for brisk walks or skip) to stimulate your metabolism and help with weightloss.
