Butterfly abs

Ek wil net graag raad hê. Op die tv adverteer hulle 'n Butterfly Abs toestel - wat jy nou basies op jou plak en dan so jou spiere oefen. Ek wil net graag dus weet of sulke goed ooit regtig werk.

Ek sit by 'n lessenaar en werk vir die grootste gedeelte van die dag. Min of meer van 8AM tot 6PM. Ek het toe gehoor van die toestel en dat dit ideaal sou wees, glo aangesien jy dit vir lang periodes moet gebruik om 'n verskil te sien.

Ek sal asb. enige raad waardeer voor ek besluit om dit te koop.

I agree completely with Row, who says they don't work. The shortcut approach never works. In this particular case, there is no way to stimulate enough muscle to get an effect. if you really stimulate the muscle, it's very painful and so these machines don't cause nearly enough muscle contraction to cause any effect. That's why they now say you have to do it for a long long time - before it was only a short time.

The other, perhaps more important thing to remember is that you can't "spot reduce". That is, you can't really try and reduce the fat around your stomach, thighs and abdominals by just doing exercises for those areas. This kind of exercise, using specific muscles only, actually burns fewer calories than exercising large muscles groups in dynamic cardiovascular exercise such as walking, jogging, running, swimming or cycling. In order to burn the fat, you need to do these types of cardiovascular exercises as least 4 - 5 times a week for at least 30 - 45 minutes. This will help to increase the amount of calories that you use and help to decrease your body fat.

Having said that, it is still important to do some strengthening and toning exercise and obviously to include exercises that make use of the muscle groups in your abdominal area. The exercises that you do will depend on whether you have access to a gym or you do body weight exercises at home. Lastly, keep in mind that this is a very common problem, and changes in certain areas can happen very slowly, because some people do just have a specific distribution of fat, and it can be hard to fight against this.

in my opinion, it would be a total waste of money to buy this device as i believe it will not work at all, not even a little bit, even if you use it all day every day.
unfortunately, it seems to be the case that, in life, there are no great shortcuts, and that you have to do the work to get the result.
