burning nipple, also sometimes burning pain under breast

Good day, a few days ago a burning pain started from underneath my right breast - I thought maybe it is because I picked up so much weight these last few months (I'm not pregnant, has 2 kids and I am 36 years old, my youngest is 2 years old - I have never breastfeed because it is to sore). Since this morning the burning pain is in my nipple and not underneath the breast. I cannot sleep on my sides, has to sleep on my back because of the burning pain underneath at the beginning of my breast - I thought this is maybe because of my weightgain, as my breasts is also a size or 2 bigger. I normally use the wired bras, but this morning has put on a normal bigger bra that I had for my pregnancy. I am in my menstrual cycle right now.
