Bruising and back pain

I have so many things wrong with my back - spondiolitis, transitional vertebrae in lower lumbar region, naturally fused neck vertebrae and a cervical rib! My question is this, I have a bruise the size of my hand that used to come and go mid-back on the right. This bruise are now a permanent feature and I am starting to get serious back pain which sometimes increase when I inhale. Is this my back or not?
