Brown Rice

I have heard that one should not reheat brown rice, as it could cause food poisoning. Is this true?

Dear Nancy
I don't know who told you this, but it is totally incorrect. All foods that have been cooked, need to be cooled down and then refrigerated until required, when they can be reheated. If you keep any food for too long it could go off, but a product like brown cooked rice should keep in the fridge for quite a few days provided you have drained it carefully after cooking.
