Breast Exercise

Please advise on exercises that can firm up your breasts besides swimming.

I would try various pectoral exercises such as bench press and incline bench press. Perhaps the best would be to have a look at the 'Zone-in-on' section of the Health 24 website (www.health24.co.za). You can find this section under 'Fitness', and then just click on the image that shows the areas you want to work on, and you will be able to see the exercises relevant to you. Then, the other very important thing to realise is that this will work to a limited extent only, and it’s important to realise that firming up the breasts also involves losing some weight, because this is basically what the breasts are – fat accumulations. SO, cardio exercise is as important as these exercise.

It is not possilble to firm your breast. Your breast are fat glands. They are attached to your body feel them they dont firm up. They are held in a postion.

What you should look at is your posture. If you have a postural aligment test done what you will find is that probaly you shoulders are rolled forward and that your breast hang. What you need to do is to do weight training and strengthen your lower traps, back area promoting you to hold your posture. (You would need a muscle strength and lengthen test to give you a more in depth analysis) This would pull your shoulders back hence pulling your breast up.

Look at yourself in a mirror naked and look at how you hold your body.
Is your head protruded forward?
Are your Shoulders rolled forward?
Is your back arched forward?
Do your boobs sag?

Pull your head back
Roll your shoulders back
Straighten your back.
Has your boobs lifted?

Hold correct posture like this and you will have your boob lift.
