Dear Lee
Although the general public won't believe this, every individual has his or her own bowel pattern and there are some people who only have a bowel movement every 2-3 days or just once a week and they are perfectly normal. Now most members of the public, esp the ladies, believe that if they skip a day, they are busy building up toxins in their bodies and gaining weight, but this is not the case. If your normal pattern of bowel movements is once a day, that's fine and you should not interfere. 2-3 times a day is generally indicative of bowel problems like irritable bowel syndrome. So if you are no constipated then listen to your body and allow your bowel movements to remain normal.
