Unfortunately, one cannot compare these two products to each other, as they are used to treat both different aspects in facial ageing and in certain cases may need to be used together to achieve optimal results.

As a rough guideline Botox is used predominantly for facial shaping (one can lift eyebrows, the tip of the nose, corners of the mouth, etc.) AND the removal of wrinkle that are caused by movement: such as around the eyes, frown, and forehead.

Fillers such as Juvederm or Restylane are used for filling lines and wrinkles, grooves and depressions, and increasing the volume of the face such as lips, cheeks, etc.
