BMI ens

Kan enigiemand dalk help. Hoe werk mens jou Body Mass Index, Waist hip ratio en healthy weight uit??? Wil nie elke keer op die internet ingaan nie. Vat baie tyd. Enigiemand asseblief help???

Om jou BMI uit te werk, moet jy jou lengte in meter met jou lengte in meter maal en dan jou gewig in kg met die antwoord deel. Voorbeeld: lengte 1.6 m, gewig 55 kg. Dus 1.6 x 1.6 = 2.56 en 55/2.56 = 21,5 ('n ideale BMI vir hierdie persoon). As jou BMI tussen 18 en 25 val, dan is jou gewig in die normale reikwydte, tussen 25 en 30 is jy oorgewig en bokant 30 is jy vetsugtig. Die verhouding tussen jou heupmate en die mate van jou middel word soos volg uitgewerk: meet jou middel en jou heupe (op die wydste plek). Deel dan jou middel se mate in die heupmate, bv. middel = 70 cm, heupe = 90 cm, dus 70/90 = 0.78 wat nog in die normale perke is. As hierdie verhouding groter as 85 is in vrouens dan is die persoon oorgewig.
