Blood Tests? Energy Supplements?

Dear Doc

Hope U can assist me & I make sense....

I have applied for a work position internationally, but in order to "qualify" I have to undergo a FULL Blood Test & X-Rays.. I am really really concerned about the Blood Tests, there is NoTHinG I know of that could be posssibly wrong with me... but I am soooooo scared I've got "something" I dont know about. I dont suffer from heart problems, blood pressure, cholesterol, Diabetes, nothing I can think of but I'm still soooo scared there could possibly be something!!

I also don't take any medication for ANYThing, only Vitamins on a regular basis, such as VitaThion or Pharmaton or BioPlus & such....

Is there any any any advice you can give me, to perhaps give me an idea IF something could be wrong, is there seriously ANYthing I need to stay away from at the moment.

I am quite stressed, quite badly actually, so am taking BioPlus Syrup & drinking lotsa Energade but thats about it. Could that cause anything negative??

I'm also 28 Yrs.

Pls pls help.. thx so much for ALL your help!!!
Many Thanks

Dear CC
As I am the Diet Expert, it may be a good idea to run this past Cyberdoc too. However, as far as I know, these tests are perfectly routine. I can remember years ago when I worked in Germany we did not only have to have blood tests, but also stool samples tested ! I ask you. This was just to make sure that we were not infected with any transmissible diseases like hepatitis, etc. I am sure that you will pass the test with flying colours. Relax now and start looking forward to your new work.
Best regards
