Blood tests

What do you test with following bloodtests:
T3
T4
TSH

does a full Cholestorol (HDL/LDL) have to be fasting?

T3, T4 and TSH, are used to determine thyroid function. I also confirm that a full cholestorol test, should be done fasting.
