Our expert says:
One should never just trust one (or two!) blood pressure readings - it may differ within a few minutes due to stress, anxiety, exercise. I suggest you take your blood pressure for a week every day at the gym BEFORE you exercise and write it down. If the average above for the week is >140 and below > 90, you may need to see your doctor for further examination ( checking of cholesterol, blood sugar, urate levels and ECG) and if needed, he may decide to start you on a blood pressure tablet.
