Dear Jay
Bloating can be a symptom of so many different underlying conditions (ulcers, gastritis, gall stones, food allergy and intolerance, lack of stomach acid or enzymes, reflux, colitis, etc) that you first need to have a medical checkup to try and define what is causing this problem. Once we have a diagnosis we can look at dietary changes.
