I'm vegetarian and I am generally very bloated. This worsens as PMS systoms are experienced. I tend to take antacids such as ENOs but I'm aware of the high salt content. Are there any other alternatives.

You may well be reacting to certain foods such as legumes (dry beans, peas and lentils) which can cause bloating, also raw onions, raw cucumber, spices and gassy cold drinks. There are many other excellent antacids you can use such as Ulsanic or Maalox - ask your chemist. I would, however, like to suggest that you have this bloating checked out by a medical dr as it can be caused by a variety of conditions, not just excess acid or ulcers.
