It is very important that your sister takes her son to the clinic, in order to be referred to a hearing specialist. It is possible that his hearing is affected, due to chronic infection of his nose, sinusses and ears. The nose bleeds might be due to dryness or due to infection. Ask the doctor to investigate his nose bleeds. The stuttering might be due to poor hearing. He might need a hearing device.
