Bleeding

Hi doc

Is it normal for wife to be bleeding in our fifth month of pregnancy??. She spotted once last night and it stopped, should i be worried??

No, it is not normal. She should see her gynaecologist. It is possible that it may just be some irritation of the cervix but she should find out for sure.

Any bleeding in pregnancy is cause for alarm, especially as late as 5 months. Phone your wife's gynae and get her checked out!
