bladder problem?

painful lower stomach area as if pressure on bladder; cnstantly feel the need to urinate; low blood pressure (105/75); occasional back and leg aches; slight feeling of nausea; altho hungry stomach feels as if overfull. What do you think this could be and who do I see?

you can see your normal GP - ask him to test your urine. It could be a urinary tract infection and or peptic ulcer/gastritis
