Bipolar mood disorder

Hi, My wife has been diagnose with BMD and she is useing "Epilim" and "Prozac" which is fine. But now she is using the pill "Triphasil" as a conterceptive. She tells me that she thinks the combination is not working due to sertain side effects, which I also don't know. She only tells me that she feels they clash.
What type of conterceptive can she use that will not calsh with the Epilim and Prozac?

Regards
Steven

Dear Steven
It would be good if she could use an Intra uterine coil called Mirena - it only works locally.
