biopsy of the inside of the mouth

what does this mean: "the biopsy compromises polypoid portions of squamous mucosa showing features of papillomatosis, acanthosis and hyperkeratosis. Mild inflammatory cell exocytosis is noted

It means that there is signs of cells that is not normally formed, and has signs of hardening skin with some inflammation. It does not seem to be cancerous from this sentence but could maybe be associated with a papilloma virus infection ( wart)?
