beter om te gebruik?

hi ek wil net graag uitvind wat is beter om te gebruik? bruin suiker of sweetners? ek drink nie baie koffie of tee nie en sal miskien pap in die oggend eet. mens hoor soveel negatiewe goed oor sweetners.

Die kJ-inhoud van 1 teelepel bruin suiker is 78 kJ en van 1 t wit suiker is dit 81 kJ. As jy wel besluit om kunsmatige versoeters te gebruik, dan kan jy die artikel lees wat ek daaroor geskryf het, deur op 'Diet' bo aan hierdie bladsy te kliek en dan 'n soektog met 'Aspartame' uit te voer om die artikel oor 'The Aspartame Controversy' te vind.
