Dear Ghaziya,
In general, any person with a "weak heart" or heart problems, should be seen by their cardiologist, who will advise them about suitable excercise. Moderate excercise is usually not a problem. Belly-dancing, like any other form of excercise, may be done gently or more intensely. Patients with heart problems usually know how much excercise they can comfortably tolerate, and should not be urged to go beyond their limits unless they are under strict supervision.
