bekini body in 11 weeks

this programme toning : bikini body in 11 weeks. do you do cardio and weights in one session. or do you break it up like cardio in the morning and weights in afternoon

It's put together to be done in one session at the moment - I guess practicalities dictate that most people can't split it, so it's been designed to be done in one go. That's probably the best way to do it, then, because you'll also get benefits from doing it that way that a split session don't quite provide.
