Dear Battling
Weighless or Weight Watchers are excellent ways of losing weight permanently because of the following reasons: a) they use a balanced diet to achieve your goal, b) they give you support to get there c) weight loss is slow and steady which assists with permanent weight loss in contrast to fad diets that cause rapid weight loss followed by just as rapid regain of the lost weight. Combine the diet with regular exercise (join a gym or Walk for Life) and you will lose that weight.

Hi. Here are a few things first. There are 9 calories in every gram of fat. For example in milk, there are 70 grams of fat. Multiply 9 * 70 and that'll give you 630 calories and then you add that to the 150 calories in milk and that's a total of 780 calories in one glass of milk. Weight loss is good for a number of reasons. You have to know what your rmr is in order to gain or loose weight. Your rmr is your resting metabolism rate. Its how many calories you burn each day, you can find that out at bodybuilding.com. Just go to the top of the sight wear it says search and type in what you want. For example, how to loose weight or, what is my rmr? Once you find your rmr, then, you have to eat less than that every day. Try working out with lightweights if you can. Cut down on fat calories and carbs because there are 4 calories in every gram of carb. Hope this helps.
