batholist gland

About 5 months ago I was diagnosed as having an inflammed batholist gland, took antibiotics. It is still swollen but not tender or painful. What should I do? Do you recommed I get it drained or wait until it causes me any problems.

Perhaps wait and see if it causes problems.
