Walking barefoot on cold surfaces will not cause any harm to your body. Before shoes were invented, people used to walk barefoot on all kinds of surfaces (hot and cold) and I therefore, think that your body will cope fine.

Also, I believe there is medical evidence that suggests walking barefoot helps your body detox.
