But one needs to get one's fear in proportion, and not sweat about what you can't do, while doing all you can to improve your safety. Sometimes if one already has an anxiety disorder ( which atually responds well to CBT type counselling ) one's fears may be exaggerated, and the feeling of helplessness may be magnified
