Back pains when sleeping,sitting

What can cause my back to pain when I sleeping or sitting "stationary". Tried allot of diffrent beds. I am not in great physical shape and has got a "boepie" but I cannot see why this will affect the body while stationary.

DD, the problem is probably situated in your back. The easiest would be to see your doctor and have him take x-rays. He will then give you treatment depending on what they find on the x-ray. Good luck.
