Avoiding leg injuries

I play social soccer and had my worst season last year as i missed half the season due to continous hamstring and thigh strains.How can I prevent this from happening for the coming season and what excersizes/stretches can i do to avoid this.

Hi Julian
Best thing you can do is get someone to assess you and make sure that your pelvis is aligned - if not it puts strain on the hamstring and thigh muscles and increases your risk of injury.
