I''ve been on aropax for 8 months (started low dosage, now on 37,5mg) depression/anxiety/panic attacks. Also tested and peri menopausal
I''ve gained 15kg and I''m constantly hungry (feel almost starved!)

Is there anything I can take with aropax to suppress my appetite

Aropax will definately increase your appetite. Appetite suppressants will be contra-indicated when taking Aropax. I think that you can take Hoodia, which is a natural appetite suppressants but you will have to consult your pharmacist in this regard. An increase in physical activity will definately assist with weight loss.
