are eggs OK for cats

I have a pet cat and I give it half a boiled egg every day, together with rice a chicken stock. It is a young cat about 2 to 3 years old. Will the cholesterol create any problem?

Cooked egge is probably not going to cause problems. Please ensure the stock does not contain onion as this will cause anaemia in the cat. What cat food do you feed her?

Is this the cat's entire diet?

If so, I would suggest it's not adequate.

If you think the egg might be a problem, why do you feed it to your cat? It's not a compulsion, is it?
