apple juice

Is there any nutrition in apple juice. My boyfriend is a cyclist and is taking herballife and using apple juice.

Apple juice is a good source of carbohydrates with a low glycaemic index, of energy and potassium plus small amounts of other minerals. It is fine for using as a source of energy and for hydration purposes when exercising.
