What foods are will naturally supress one's appetite?

Dear Jasmine
If you eat foods with a high dietary fibre content (hi-bran cereals, brown rice, wholewheat bread, samp, etc) and foods with a low glycaemic index (GI) (click on 'Diet' and 'Weight loss' and 'The right approach' and read all the articles on the GI), then you will feel satiated (full) for longer and not need to overeat or snack all the time.
