i just ate a jumbo muffin for lunch, for a snack i ate cup a snack this morning and for breakfast shake, for dinner i will be having fish with broccolli.

will this days meals make me pick up weight?

it is very minamalistic, try include more fruit and dairy, you have eaten very littel food, what about breakfast, try include the following daily, 5-6 carbohydrates, 3-4 fruits, 4-5 vegetables 3 fats and 3 proteins per day, and 2 milk, dont starve yourself you will gaing weight if you dont eat the correct amount of food, God bless Good luck
