Any Ideas on a possible diagnosis????

My Sister is 48 had her uterus removed 3+ years ago. Started having cronic constipation around that time. She has had cronic
fatigue (falls to sleep a lot!!), feels thristy a lot. Some ankle swelling recently. She just had a upper and lower GI that left
the gastro scrathing his head, so he did a Cat Scan suspecting a
obstruction, It showed nothing he sees no reason why she is
having trouble. Any ideas with these symptoms of what this could be and what kind of Doctor see now???

Cyndi, there is no law that says the symptoms have to be related to each other. The fatigue, thirst and swelling may be due to something like kidney problems or diabetes, and the constipation may be an entity on its own. The best would be for her to see a specialist physician and have it sorted out. Good luck.
