antiretrovirals test - hiv

Is there a test that can be used to detect if a person is using antiretrovirals to supress hiv. please i need an answer to put my mind at ease its killing me.

Sims, I suppose they can do a chemical analysis to determine whether you’re using anti-retroviral, but it would be much easier to do an HIV test because the anti-retrovirals won’t make the HIV test become negative. Good luck.
