Another question

I always had a sweet tooth but cannot stand the diet chocolates. If I have a craving, can I drink Lite Hot Chocolate? It is not on the GI food list.

Dear Beth
Diet chocolates are usually very high in fat, so they are not really a good idea as a substitute for standard chocolate. If you make your Lite Hot Chocolate with fat-free milk then you will also lower the GI of the combination.
