ANGS,BURNOUT,DEPRESSIE

EK sit met dieafgelope 3 jaar met angs,ek kry nie angs aanvalle nie,maar kry vir die een of ander rede angs gloede.Dit maak my baie bekommerd aangesien ek n' besigheid het wat ek moet bestuur.Ek was al by n' sielkundige,maar hy kon nie vasstel wat die angs gloede veroorsaak nie.Hte het ook totale slaapversteuring,ek kan nagte om sit sonder om te slaap.Ek weet my slaap patroon sal nie terug kom voor ek van die angs ontslae geraak het nie.Maar hoe beveg ek dit,as ek nie weet wat trigger dit nie.kan die angs kom van n' totale burnout,en as dit dit is hoelank sal dit neem om te recover.Ek is al raad op en is bang dat dit kan oorgaan na erge depressie,wat net weer my angs sal vererger.Ek gebruik nie medikasie nie,want ek wil nie die simtome verlig nie ,maar eerder beheer.Ek is n' persoon wat redelik sensitief is,em my emosies ry gou wip plank.Het u dalk asb vir my raad hoe ek van die probleem ontslae kan raak. Maak vir jou 'n afspraak by 'n psigiater. Hulle spesialiseer in medisyne vir depressie en angs. Wanneer jy die regte medisyne gekry het wat jou simptome verlig, kan jy begin werk aan die sielkundige aspek van jou simptome. Om net medisyne te neem om iets te "beheer" gaan nie jou probleem oplos nie.

dit help soms nie om alleen te baklei nie. Ek het dieselfde probleme gehad en het 'n voorskrif vir URBANOL gekry. My dosis was klein en ek het dit geneem as ek baie angs gehad het- "take on demand"
'n Mens se kop is snaaks en kan gou oorgaan en 'n sneeubal effek veroorsaak
