Angina

Hi doc

One of my family members recently had an Angina attack for about 45 minutes. We thought it was a heart attach but the doctors verified it was angina. And they said that his was cause by low blood sugar levels. Is this possible? Should the family member get a second opnion?

Dear Strange
Yes I think he/she should. Maybe to have a stress ECG and glucose tolerance test or fasting insulin levels too.
