what causes a iron block. my body does'nt seem to absorb iron. I suffer from aneamia

Iron absorbtion in the gut is impaired with certain diseases like coeliac disease, but more often the iron is bound to other chemicals, preventing absorbtion - culprits can be tea, juice, certain starches. One can also develop anemia if your body does not absorb the B vitamins.
